Living longer, looking better: Longevity/health/appearance optimization?

I’m nowhere near fatfire and follow this sub purely out of interest. That said, people are often surprised when I tell them my age as they usually believe me to be a lot younger so I feel that may qualify to interject on this post.

  • Eat a clean, low carb diet.
  • Drink plenty of water.
  • Exercise at least 3 times a week (nothing in particular, just do something).
  • I manage what little stress I have in my life very well which in turn means I can sleep like a brick (albeit, this is probably easier for me as the stress of my day job is almost purely physical).

Nothing anybody else hasn’t really said but I can attest to it so I thought I’d share.
