I also love Skyrim, but to be honest I am so sick of it at this point; the game has been released and re-released and no amount of modding can make me interested in it ever again.

Then how about Enderal, which is a complete overhaul of Skyrim that turns it into a completely different massive game that's complete with its own everything? It just uses Skyrim's bones as its base; nothing else about it is related to Skyrim or The Elder Scrolls in general. It's even free if you own Skyrim.

Failing that, how about Nehrim, which is a complete overhaul of Oblivion done by the same team that made Enderal?

Shame that you've got so many disqualifying factors, in particular the one about not wanting "ancient graphics" because you're shooting yourself in the foot.
