Looking for some advice regarding Will and Trust information for a child

I have a few questions for you, if you don't mind. I'm actually looking for a strategic venue for my current situation.

Brother and I were co-trustees/executors/personal reps. I just discovered that brother got my last living parent to remove me from being a co-everything YEARS before their deaths. Brother never told me, in fact, kept me doing duties as if I were. I have emails to prove that. Before I knew from parents lawyer, I recently used my authority to get bank statements from parents accounts. (I live out of state of my parents and brother, so brother did most of the work for parents since he was in same village). Discovered brother looted my parents hundreds of thousands of dollars over the years. In fact, he got a parent to sign checks and he completed it in his handwriting, to purchase around $100,000 worth of gold and silver bullion. Today, those bullions are worth $450,000. Brother told all the family that there was nothing left in the parents estate. Friend of mine who is a precious metals dealer told me brother recently sold to him some bullion and that he admitted to my friend that he goes to various out of state buyers to sell. Brother has told family he's broke and works a poor job. His facebook page says otherwise, that he stays at his expensive home selling his (awful) paintings. Based on parents bank accounts I have seen what he needs to live each month. I believe there's at least $100,000 left in bullion for him to live. It's been 2 years since last parent died and he hasn't filed the will in the county.

My lawyer in my state says to contact family, accept that I am not a co-anything, and force him to file the will and let him take the hit alone when we confront him with the undisclosed proof.

Lawyer in his state says since he hasn't filed the will (so he won't have to have an account of the estate until he exhausts it), that I should petition the court with my proof that he was derilect and thieving to please have him removed and make me current and only trustee.

I want to call the states attorney, sheriff's office, or the Treasury dept. and IRS for stealing that from the estate and not accounting to family and official places on the sale of all that. Precious Metals friend said brother needs a transfer paper from parent to claim brother now owns it. Brother also did $7000 sales every month. The minute brother gets wind of family knowing everything, he'll hide the bullion in a heartbeat and say its all gone.

What do you think I should do? I'm just not sure myself. Thanks
