A lot of people don't know that using hard CC on the Scuttle Crab lowers its armor and MR. Can we have a piece of its shell pop off when this happens?

It's not in the patch notes though. What you are referring to was a video about the new jungle camps that riot made. And that mechanic is actually something completely different than what he is talking about here. If you attack the crab while it is CCed, it takes 25% increased damage from all sources (including true damage like smite.) However, I have not once seen it mentioned that binding, stunning or knocking up the crab lowers its MR and Armor from 60 to 10 until it respawns. This is the piece of information that is not shared anywhere that I have looked. I've checked the league wikia, Surrender at twenty's PBE notes on the rift scuttler, and god knows it's not gonna be anywhere in the client. Knowing this fact actually changes how I take the crab. Back when I thought that it was just a burst of 25% damage while it was CCed, I would wait until it was almost dead to stun it so that the burst damage comes at the end for a safer secure, but now I know that it is much fast to stun it right at the start so it has reduced armor while I'm doing all my damage to it. And I know for a fact that some pros don't even know about this because I've seen many J4s not flag-n-drag through it even though that would make taking it twice as fast. In summary, you are wrong, it's not in the patch notes. Not even the 25% extra damage is listed in the patch notes. I could only find that on the PBE notes and on the League wikia. The armor and MR shred aspect of the scuttler I couldn't find anywhere at all besides in a youtube video from a few weeks ago on this subreddit. Honestly, I wish more people did know about it, it would make taking scuttler more appealing to more junglers.
