What people don't understand is that working in beauty is probably one of the most stable industries you could work in. There are always, always, always going to be people willing to pay money for a skilled professional to do a good job on their hair, skin, nails etc, so that they can feel confident about how they look. It is a totally legitimate career choice that will keep you in business.

Besides that, why is it always men who don't have much shit going for themselves who want to rag on womens' career choices?
