She told Rory that she had a boyfriend (before she dated Chris) named (Todd or something) and that she was crazy about him, so does that mean he was her first love? No.

The show tells us that Lorelai and Chris didn't date for long before her pregnancy.

Lorelai Gilmore (6.22):

"I don't think I ever really loved anyone until Luke."

She said "never" when talking about her serious relationships (Luke, Chris, Max).

She also said in the same episode, that she considered marrying Chris when she got pregnant as a solution to the problem when everyone got scared and because her parents suggested it (not because of anything romantic and not because she was in love with him) even as teenagers she wasn't in love with him, he wasn't her first love.
