M/21/6'0" [165lbs to 169lbs] (2 years; 3 months)

When I was bulking an average day would be porridge for breakfast, I’d then train, get back and have 4 eggs on 3 slices of toast and a protein shake, about lunch time I’d have something like tuna pasta, a couple hours later a protein shake with blended oats in, and then Bolognase and pasta in the evening. I never really did to much counting macros etc I just tried not to eat too much fat and make sure I ate a lot.

When cutting I’d have bcaas and porridge for breakfast, a green tea and a small portion of turkey bolognase at 11, a chicken salad with low fat dressing for a late lunch and dinner would normally be chicken and veg If I was training for the marathon when cutting I’d add in more carbs depending on the length of the run that day, if I was cutting at a different time then I’d add in the protein shake after I gymed
