The post you’re taking out of context is referencing men who actually enjoy the thought of other people fucking their girlfriend. That’s gross, it’s fundamentally submissive, and it’s sort of pathologically self-loathing to be turned on by cathartic play-acting out the drama of being in a position where you could be trapped into spending your life raising someone else’s kid.
