A man is fighting for his life in hospital after a crazed arsonist set him on fire while he was receiving life-saving dialysis treatment.
The entire dialysis ward was engulfed in flames after Cenaj Lefter attacked the man, named only as D Saraci, after an argument.
Lefter and two female patients, Sanije Sulaj, and Hani Mali, both aged 55, who became trapped in the inferno, have all died following the horrifying fire at the Albanian hospital.
The 38-year-old man who Lefter, 57, set ablaze is still fighting for his life despite being completely submerged by the flames .
