Managers of reddit, who was your worst employee?

Not to burst your bubble but I was that guy... I think. I now work for an IT company making over 100k a year and every single year I think back to that douche at the phone store who actually thought I gave a fuck about that shitty job. First off you started me at a wage that was lower than promised, as soon as I realized I was going to be at $6.50 INSTEAD of the promised $9 an hour, YEA dude, I shut off - I'm not going to bust my ass the entire shift so that I can make 1/3 of what you make doing FUCKING PAPERWORK, RMA's, and Inventory management (Something I do in my sleep currently).

I'm 37 now and I have to say finding this post was hilarious, because either you are my ex boss, or I have a very similar experience to some other random dude.

"I think it was a job selling phones..." Like dude- you don't even know what you're employing people to do, what kind of fucking manager are you? I operate in a facility with over 300 individuals, doctors, nurses, psychiatrists, know most of their names, how long they have worked there, what programs they use, and often the names of their kids.

I hated you because you were a shit boss and it wasn't until I got out of fuckin retail that I realized the REAL world isn't like that. I also have sent every single person that has asked me about the phones you sell to get them from somewhere else because you guys price gouge (more than is industry standard) to boot.
