She DID make it through all 4 shows of the 03 Miami NYE run as it is her hometown and we stayed at her place. She was super exhausted after that so we kept it as a getaway with my college friends sans girlfriends as none of ours were the "jam band type" of girls, felt forced bringing them to shows. I was always with people she knew, the tix were mailed to our place at FSU, so she knew I wasnt abandoning her and was friends with some of my tour buddies GFs who had to endure the same thing.

Not to mention the space it gave us in out relationship to continue to pursue out own indenpendent issues really did benefit us in terms of trust and just remaining independent. The drug use though, I could have done without all the coke and acid and ecstasy back then on top of the pot I normally would smoke anyways. Whatever we are in a good place now, and this was a very long time ago.
