Maybe, just maybe, they know that it's dangerous to try and get to America. Yet, perhaps, and this might be a stretch, it's so bad where they're at that the risk becomes reasonable. Maybe we should have some kind of system where they can seek some kind of asylum and be put on a track towards legal citizenship after they've risked everything to get here, rather than tear them apart.

You know, have empathy, have a heart and stop pretending that these people are violent criminals that are destroying America. Maybe the super powerful and rich class that constantly takes advantage of the poor classes for personal gain, and who tell lies about poor immigrant families to hide their own insidiousness, are the ones that are harmful to America.
