Maybe if they renamed sunscreen to “anti-cancer cream” more people would wear it

First of all, there are 2 types of sunscreens. Organic and Inorganic. Both have chemicals in them as even water is a chemical and drinking too much water can kill you.

Secondly, you are talking about organic Spfs. The types that absorb UV filters and convert them to heat. Most cases, ppl apply SPF on their face and neck or any body part that's showing through their clothing. So.. there is no SPF that is going to alter your hormones. Why? BC you will never at any given moment apply enough for long enough time for that to happen.

You don't have enough surface area on your skin to absorb all those "chemicals" in the given amount of time for it to alter your hormones.

Also, there are inorganic SPFs like zinc oxide you can use.. which is a SPF that sits on top of your skin.

Please understand what you are reading instead of just falling for clickbait headlines and spreading misinformation.

Your argument is equivalent to - coffee can kill you, while yes, people can die and OD on caffeine, you will have to consume thousands of cups of coffee in an hour for that to happen. Which is physically impossible.
