Yeah there's been a lot of proof they had access. They were saying on CNN legally there's always spectators and how it works is a 1-1-1 ratio of Republican, democratic & neutral party spectators. . Apparently at one point 1 of the venues had around 140 spectators. I think their issue is that they have to maintain a certain distance as to not cause disturbance or issues, and apparently the distance that's required prevented them from seeing all of the 'terrible fraud!', likely because there isn't any. Republicans have been posting loads of videos and claiming it shows fraud, for example 1 of the counters throwing something in the bin - the thing is the videos they're using are literally cameras that have been officially setup and livestreamed by the venue. Nobody is gonna be cheating on camera they know is broadcasting around the world. The Republicans don't even question it tho.
