Men of Reddit, what thing do female coworkers do that is not quite sexual harassment, but you wish they would stop doing it so you can be comfortable at work?

I was working in an open concept office that didn't have cubicles or offices so there was no privacy. My desk was at the back of the unit and I was doing paperwork on one end of my L-shaped desk. A woman on my team walked over to my desk to ask me to explain something to her. When I turned around to face her I was completely blown away. She was sitting on the top my desk, on the other side of my L-shaped desk. She was wearing a short skirt with legs crossed. I will leave the rest up to your imagination. Nobody reported it and it was like it never happened. I'm not sure what the male equivalent of this is, but if I did it I likely would have been fired.
