Michigan BLE finding a way to avoid responsibility after failing to administer an online exam

That's totally understandable. I'm just saying for me personally, I would rather take it with the glitch than delay it or take it in person. In person exams can have multiple problems too. Examsoft caused delays with in-person bar exams in 2018. There could be long lines in the morning, for lunch, bathroom, etc. Traffic problems, hotel problems (like noise). Facility could be too hot or cold or other issues. Not to mention the whole covid thing (someone posted in bar_prep that they weren't let in initially because their temp was too low). But I can see how people who don't have asthma or other situations and aren't that worried about covid would prefer in person testing to online.
