Pregnancy weight gain

Agreed. You need to eat for the baby. Check in with your ob to make the baby is developing healthy and you are physically ok. Not getting enough nutrients and food can literally lead to pretty bad things for your body and your baby.

You’ll likely need to see a dietician but also a therapist. It isn’t healthy to be making yourself throw up. As for not feeling hungry and not caring to eat, that’s likely a mix of your body eating itself and your brain waves changing (there’s studies on this).

I don’t know if you have a hospital nearby you with an eating disorder program but it would definitely be beneficial to be part of one. There’s out patient services where you meet with a support group run by a specialized psychologist. There’s also a dietician you meet with to help with eating habits. There’s also a psychiatrist that runs the program too. I highly recommend it.
