The Bosses and the Workers. Or better. The Bosses and the Union.

Solidarity isn't erasing shitty words or ugly thoughts from people's minds, Solidarity is you and your workers realizing you can work together in common cause to gain MATERIAL BENEFIT and compensation for your labor together.

Accept that some motherfuckers are gonna be motherfuckers outside if work and you never are going to want to be their friend. But also accept that motherfucker works the same place you do and you both deserve fair pay and equal respect and the same set of rules while you are there.
