I mean Ive worked with kids with severe behavioral problems. I think a mother would have included that information if it was important. And probably not be have left two kids with severe mental health/behavioral issues included a propensity for violence home alone together while she is at work. Also the fact that she's suddenly more concerned with getting the dispatcher fired and ready to forget about her children's issues... that really paints a picture. Absolutely, some kids can be dangerous and need to be restrained, and unfortunately the police may be the only option. But this really does not seem like that. A lot of parents really are just lazy and call the cops to "scare" their kids.
