Hey guys, I don't want to annoy this sub with my own post but I just wanted to ask for advice concerning an eating schedule I'm starting to follow. If anyone wants to PM me with further advice that would be greatly appreciated, I pretty much just wanna know if I'm eating enough or if I should try to eat more. Should I start counting my calories? I'm 5'11, 135 lbs and 20 years old.
Breakfast
-5% greek yogurt with peanut butter, raisins, almonds
-chocolate soy milk mixed with 5 g monohydrate creatine
Lunch
-3 large eggs scrambled, 4 potato pancakes
-smoothie with scoop of protein, banana, frozen strawberry, peanut butter, soy milk
Snack 1
-tuna sandwich on english muffin
-chocolate soy milk
Dinner
-either chicken thigh or salmon filet with rice and frozen veggies
Snacks after dinner
-pepperettes
-peanut butter on english muffin
