Moving across the US for a job, and it's rough.

The story: I've been between jobs for about 8 months, now. Finally landed a dream job, but it's a solid dozen states away from where I had been living. So I packed up and moved, driving a uhaul and pulling my car behind. Three days of 10-15 hours of driving (including driving through christmas), and I'm here. Unfortunately, my job isn't paying for the move, so that part sucks.

I was supposed to be able to move into the sublet I arranged today, but the subletter was out of town and the landlord company is still processing the paperwork, so it's another night in a cheap motel. It's cold af here - supposed to get down to 6f tonight, and I'm getting sick. Been living more or less on sandwiches and energy drinks, which probably isn't helping matters.

I'm tired, stressed, catching bronchitis (at a guess), and hemorrhaging money. I know absolutely no one here. This motel's heater sucks. I'm trying to smile, and - well - you can see how well that's working.
