Mueller sentencing memo says Manafort ‘repeatedly and brazenly’ violated law

Looks like everyone is more interested in beating you down as a trump supporter rather than being concerned that our democracy allows in-the-open corruption a decade.

I'll give you the point - innocent until proven guilty, but It seems there's a very very slim chance Trump had nothing to do with the corruption. He ignored the FBI and Obama's warning about corrupt ties and people in his inner circle are performing these actions on his behalf. He's either part of it, or purposefully ignorant. IMO, the investigation is taking so long because it's incredibly difficult to oust a sitting president - especially in this political climate. Only 100% concrete proof - if there is any, will have a chance of ousting a sitting president.

Imo, Hillary was corrupt as well - just in a way that is 'legal'. Her positions too neatly lined up with corporate interests and her proposed policies only dealt with social issues which wouldn't step on corporate toes. White noise generators in private donor parties didn't do her any favors. However, there's a rather large distinction between taking bribes from American billionaires and taking them from an antagonistic nation. Both should be illegal.

I hope the issue of corruption becomes a more big deal in the upcoming elections. I don't think the problems our system faces will be fixed as long as it's so corrupt. Trump was the anti-corruption candidate and he betrayed his voters by surrounding himself with corruption.
