I’m not a doctor, so take this advice for what you will, but I suggest you clean it with a bit of hydrogen peroxide, let that dry, then smear some Neosporin on it. You can cover it with a bandaid if you want, probably best, to keep her hair from sticking to it. Then in 24 hrs or so you can take the bandaid off and let it air out, let it scab over and essentially forget about it. Check on it once in a while to check for signs of infection and make sure she doesnt pick the scab, to prevent scarring, that way she will eventually be able to get it repierced.
