First, I just want to say thank you guys for this amazing community. I finally was brave enough to get both my nipples pierced!! I did a ton of research on my piercer and got titanium barbells from IS. My left nip placement (the one she did first) looks perfect. This is the second one she did, and it just looks kind of off? It’s so hard for me to tell, and sometimes when I look I’ll think it’s fine while other times I can’t tell if the bottom of the piercing is slightly too deep or it’s tilted. It’s giving a small squeeze effect on the side of the areola closer to my face. Neither of them hurt at all and I’m actually shocked how easy they’ve been so far. And yes, these are supposed to be diagonal! I have an apt with the piercer tonight to check in because I am a little worried about it.... I just wanted to get your opinions before I go in! I am feeling sad since I did a ton of research and was so anxious going in.... plus I just wanted to be so excited about it afterwards but can’t shake the worry! I of course would love it to be ok and not have to redo but also know it’ll make me sad if it’s not right!
