well, the thing is... I do think I am calm in general, as I have replied to another redditor, he does communicate with other women and one of them is constantly texting but it is just that his reactions are flat for them, so that's why I don't care; but for this one, his reactions were a bit unusually alleviated; so in a sense, if this is his constant behavior (so say he can be a bit "flirty" or overly friendly with the staff at cafes especially if female which u know I know it's just him so nothing to be concerned), fine, but... it's just that u know, maybe I would have preferred for him to be brave and to tell me "look I think this woman is cool and I actually would like to have her in my friend circle. I know how u feel about it but bla-bla..." given that I have expressed concerns (I don't need him to say that for everyone) instead of... yeah being hideous about it; and... the thing is, I do believe he was attracted to her... or u know, he did want to get close to her (obviously, that's why he had texted first) and... i don't know... he was validating his feelings mb.... like he is not really the type to approach people in general, so... this one was just very inconsistent.. and again, starting conversations with her about flights.... like just did not make sense; like I wish he could admit then "yes, I wanted to talk to her and that was my icebreaker" instead of pretending he was seriously interested in flights conditions...
