My family and I are about to be evicted. What are some resources that will help us not be homeless?

Yeah I wish the veterans organizations did as much as you let on.

I served for 4 years, was honorably discharged over depressions, had it labelled as a condition (not a disability), received no benefits from my time in the service due to some bullshit fucking time table with education, got dumped in San Antonio (my home of record) after all my family had moved... so I lived in my car for 2 years straight while trying to work and save enough money to get a place to live. Summers living in a car down here are the worst.

But yeah, no offense to OP, but if he can manage to find help from American systems without even being American.... while I served in this country's military and I got basically told to fuck off. Fuck this country and the way it treats its veterans.
