The absolute best lesson I learned during my self improvement beginning was to Journal my progress. I took time, still do, to jot down a positive affirmation.

Throughout the day I find time to write down any thoughts that I want to expand on later leaving blank pages between each beginning so as a reminder to complete it. I used to have a very negative internal monologue and doing this cleaned the bullshit out thoroughly.

Read the recommend material int he side bar and put it to practice. I highly recommend David Deidas material as a beginning point. Most importantly, read into the subjects that interest you on a deep personal level! Your hobbies should always be the primary focus of your improvement journey. Master your hobbies, find new ones and explore the world, build upon the adventure you've already had by letting who you were die each day. You do this by accepting that action is the only true measure of your lifetime. Action is the only true method of change. Literature will only go so far.. Set daily goals requiring action and have a friend assist you with punishment if you fail to reach those goals. No man enjoys getting slapped knowing he fucked up; preventable by willpower and dedication to self.

Be selfish to a degree. Your conversation and thoughts are stimulating mental candy and lead to new adventures without judgement or preconceived notions. Respect whether given or not and always be the gentleman.. One with a dark side that a woman brings out.

Be genuine throughout your growth process. Don't compartmentalize seduction and your personality into separate "modes." Increase your sexuality in all scenarios by letting your self just be.
