This means I want supports to be less helpless. No more, no less. You seem to be continuously misinterpreting it. Even if I meant that supports should be able to defend themselves as well as tanks, so fucking what? The definition of "defending yourself" changes depending on what class you play. For Ana, defending yourself means a sleep dart, for Roadhog, it means hooking someone, for Soldier, it can mean putting a heal pod down and shooting back. The phrase "defending yourself" is vague, and you are assigning a specific meaning to it that I didn't mean.

I do not agree that support damage should be as effective as tank damage, and I never said that. I do however agree that supports in general are less able to defend themselves than tanks AND DPS. You keep leaving that last part out. Despite what you are saying, it does change the meaning of what I said. You are misinterpreting what I said. If I only said tanks, you would maybe have an argument.
