Sure, but this isn't just some picture of some dude with Parkinson's. And yea, a lot of people do have shitty things going on. But you know what, that doesn't matter in this instance now does it? It's someone sharing a small snapshot of their life where they're happy with their grandad, and that's pretty nice to see.

It's a picture in context that conveys a funny story. I saw it and smiled, as did so many other people (hence the massive upvotes). If you don't like it, downvote. The opinion of the site will determine what people came here to see.
