Sorry but you're full of it. There have never been any talks by Kojima, Konami, or Sony to make this into a movie until after snake eater came out in 2005. It even says this on the metal gear wiki. And you put 1999 in italics to make it come off like it's some crazy revelation that it's been in development since before the millennium. It hasn't. You're lying. Don't take about shit when you have no clue.
