NAME AND SHAME 2020

IM at Skagit Valley. Residents wouldn't have any actual conversation during our lunch (they take you to cafeteria for lunch), PD was extremely uninterested in candidates to where she made zero eye contact or even smiled during interview. They do MMI style interviews like it's med school all over again. Their intensivist aggressively tried to corner me on how to handle an interop trach burn injury, then said something about "pulling at straws" and changed the subject. Then they forgot to set up a dinner with residents, so decided to have one after the interview at a nearby restaurant, although most of us had flights to catch. Overall got creepy vibes the entire day, ended up not ranking at all.
