The poor in America have a standard living far better than large swathes of the world, same with the poor in Europe. You claim there isn't ' exactly anywhere else we can go'. Yet somehow, poverty stricken migrants with far less than you have can make get to America, France, Germany, Italy etc.
You're crying about the 'ruling deliberately denies us resources that would allow us to leave our jobs' while the ruling class in the Congo have slavery, the ruling class in Nigeria have slavery, the ruling class across west Africa forces kids to pick cocoa so the poor in America can have chocolate. The ruling class in Iran are killing women. THe ruling class in North Korea imprison 3 generations of families. The ruling class in China organ harvest 'political dissents'.

People travel thousands of miles to sneak into your country because picking vegetables or doing manual labour pays so much better and leads to such a higher standard of living than doing that in their homeland. BUT you're the victims of the world.
