'Near extinction' of influenza in NZ due to covid lockdown (99.8% reduction of cases)

Complete opposite in our house. My brother and his family moved in after Christmas and they've got two toddlers who are constantly getting sick. Im not sure if they're not looking after their kids properly or if kids get sick all the time like my brother and SIL keep saying but its really frustrating. I have never been sick so often in my life. I've come down with a cold four times this year, my mums asthma is always horrible because it gets set off even by a little tickle in her throat and my stepdad who never gets sick has been to the doctors twice. Especially frustrating after we came out of Level 4 because everyone kept giving me the stink eye out in public (not that I blame them).
