I'm totally with you on this one. I'm not quite in your situation, but the characters, weapons, and skills I care about are at or near cap, leaving artifact farming as my go to until new characters come out.

I upgrade everything promising that I get, but burning mora just to get rid of the leftovers is not a good feeling, especially when we can trash lower rarity artifacts for profit. I'll definitely mention it on my next feedback.

Oddly, the fact that you have 100 fodder artifacts at this point means there's probably some leviathan out there with an inventory full of +20 garbage fodder that they have no way to get rid of. Maybe Mihoyo will listen to them.
