Lefty, on the other hand (and especially leftist in particular), is more specific to this woke, dogmatic, pro-censorship, anti-freedom mentality type of crap, and are the types who would be likelier to cancel over a statement like that, and to be more anti-Elon in general.

That's not what lefty means at all though. It just means far left. Saying follows the same logic as calling every republican voters a nazi. Yea there are wacky takes like you describe on the left, but there are wacky takes on the right and center too.

If recommend to interact with non wacky left from time to time. You don't have to agree with them, but it very good to know what the non caricature takes look like.
