Neville Goddard: Cult Like Approach?

"I Am..." Is the seed.

Neville's way of speaking and writing doesn't resonate with me at all.

After reading everyone I could get my hands on and reflecting on lived experience, I think his over all message is the most effective.

He is terribly unclear to me with his bible talk, but I think what he was trying to convey was to start with the ultimate seed... The "I am..." Acceptance of this seed gives birth to an entire garden. (This garden is your conscious awareness of what's associated with being this "I Am.." and your subconscious/unconscious awareness of this "I am..." All of it's possibilities of expression are automatically warehouses in your subconscious - your world) Part of being a BEING of awareness is becoming aware of all that is associated with your "I Amness..."

There is the ultimate I Am... And then the transitory I Am's you instantly shift to in relation to people, places, and things.

Once the I Am seeds are planted, they are on autopilot. They have a life or their own. You have to weed the garden manually or it will get overgrown.

I have read everyone. I have examined my life. There are promises made in these books and teachings that are just NOT true in my life. But I think Neville was right about I Am, but I hate the way he explains it and I'm not sure he quite understood it himself when he first started teaching it.

I think "I Am" is ONLY the first step. I think the is more about existing reality that no books are really covering. But over written too much already.
