If you really want to bring a sense of dread try murdering something alive, like a cat or a bird, maybe even a dog. Or if you don't feel like killing go buy an animal's heart and paint yourself blood red and scream at them.

It really does help if you become permanently insane like me, you'll start thinking of murdering them, torturing them and raping their corpses. I have rejected my God for he has forsaken me to suffer while the majority experiences life to its fullest, and that's when I realized I had two options: be their slave or become the shambling horror which everyone fears.
