I don’t think you know the first thing about me.

Certainly I look at what you think socialism is, and find it woefully inadequate. You are holding up a mild shift to the left like it’s a utopian ideal, not just literally what already exists across the majority of Europe.

And that’s only part of the issue. You post aggressively, with condescending summation of your watered down insipid version of socialism like it a new thing. And you’re surprised that your argumentative tone provokes argument.

‘Why are you so angry?’ you protest, after kicking off an argument on a subject you passionately know so little about.

I work on socialist government programs internationally. Health care, social care, disability rights. I’m on the coal face, enacting the changes you have just read about existing a year ago. You think your ideas are bold and new, when you’re regurgitating old and tepid handwaves to socialism that are a hundred years old.

When the revolution comes I’ll be the first against the wall, you say? Wow, how original. Let me guess, the extent of your knowledge of being a member of the working class is having to take the trash can out for your parents and some Saturday job in a grocery store. Then it was off to college, and some blue collar job.

You’re not helping push a socialist agenda. You’re just trying to start arguments. You have achieved nothing but puff your own ego.
