On Israel and the Middle East, Hillary Clinton is basically a Republican

Dude, I know about the Ottomans and the British taken over their middle east lands after WWI, those are technicalities. You're talking about the local arabs living in those lands like 'cattle'. If you've noticed, I was okay with the 1947 partition plan. Problem is how you kept expanding and expanding and expanding afterwards, especially in and after 1967.

The lands the jews settled on were purchased from the Ottoman

No. Your sources are lying. There was no private ownership in Ottoman land, all of the land belonged to the Ottoman Sultan. Ottomans did help Jews settle at various parts of their empire, like in and around Constantinople, Thessaloniki (which is where my father's family is from, yes they were converted/assimilated Sephardim) but never gave away the land as in a private ownership.

Failing that, I expected them not to have enlisted the help of 7 arab nation in attacking the newly formed state of Israel multiple times

If today Norway or France gets occupied by Russia, about that many or more coutries would be enlisted to fight the occupier. It's called 'alliance', and in the Palestinians' case, it was neighborhood and they had common religion as well. You have to see things from their side, they're not cattle. After the British took over they were pushed away from their lands to make space for the incoming Jewish settlers, which by the way had exceeded the number deemed acceptable by the British. Them not accepting to sign the 1947 plan is quite natural, if the same thing happened to us we wouldn't have accepted and fought too.

That's done and over with. But the continual expansion of the land after that, especially after 1967 is what makes things worse and unacceptable and you are failing to accept that. While the 1947 borders and that land was given to Jewish settlers to create Israel, the expansions that came afterwards are invasions.
