Yes. I saw racism against native peoples in Alaska, Hispanic people in Arizona, black people in North Carolina. Nothing came close to Sweden.

I heard my host family call immigrants the worst of names, immigrants' reports to the police were being tossed away (there was a news story about it), I signed up for this Swedish forum called Flashback where the prevailing view on their Immigration sub was that "I would never have sex with a woman who had sex with an immigrant, ape DNA" etc.

Just totally disgusting stuff that put me off Sweden for years. I still don't trust anywhere in the EU to view immigrants as people. It's totally soured my perspective.
