It's not a joke to confuse the issues between 2 drivers that should probably have their licenses revoked. One was doxxed on reddit and in the media for cause, but reddit's antagonism towards her was used in her defense. Think about that a moment. Your attempt at a joke, may be used in her defense, again! And, it detracts from looking for right shoulder passer perp.

Make no mistake about this. Both reckless drivers need their days in court, and their reckoning. But part of the reason UMBL got off lightly one of the last (of many, many) times was said to be due to social media making her into Memes. ( Oops, see what I almost did there?)

Also, full disclaimer: I am one of the ones that openly advocated against UMBL on reddit prior to her latest series of legal interactions and was kinda horrified that we gave her defense attorney something to run with regarding prejudiced, hostile social media. I mean, we were just talking openly about a driver several of us had seen in public being a reckless, dangerous menance.

I'm not sure what the path is. For a long time the law didn't take UMBL seriously as a public menance, and I'm not sure they yet have. But, they only paid attention and started connecting the dots when reddit and some neighborhood sites started really complaining about her. Then, those complaints were used in her defense.

Not sure where to go here, but "joking" about the right shoulder quick lane changer" being UMBL may not help getting them off the road, either. See what I mean?
