With this youre spending over 800$ CAD but i added in a CPU cooler which is not completely necessary. Also there's no optical drive or SSD. You can always cheap out on the GPU or remove the CPU cooler if you want to save money. With this build you can afford an i5-4460. Otherwise i would go for i3-4160 if this is too expensive.
