From a legal standpoint is Kyle innocent? Yes, he WAS defending himself. As he should have. BUT he did bring a gun to a protest he disagreed with. Please tell me why he would drive to a different town with a huge gun to a protest he disagreed with in the first place? This fucker wanted to kill someone and you know it. He was just waiting to use that gun.

For the record I have no sympathy for his victims. They were just as shitty. But he was not just an innocent bystander.
