What you've clearly failed to realize over this entire time is that Jagex LTD are the masters of pissing players off! They've done it so much that now they can gain more profit off of it! They know that they can push around you slayer xp addicts worse than the people on rs3 because you people don't speak with your wallet, you speak with throwaway reddit accounts!

They also know that they must have a way to bring in more players and to keep them here despite the demoralizing clean slate noob account that they start out on. That's what nmz does! Keeps the busy folk - the majority of this game - somewhat active and paying membership. These people keep this game afloat, and keep it growing.

This has never been an integrity issue, it has always been a financial issue since the very start of 07. They can't afford to not keep the casuals here, and you know it. The funniest part is that you think the players actually have a say in this. Jagex has weighed the pros and cons of nmz many times in old school's history and they have determined that, gasp.. they make more money keeping nightmare zone than they would nerfing it!

So stop crying. We don't have a choice. Jagex has given you the illusion of choice to keep you here. The lifespan of this game has been extended from 5 years to at least 7-10 thanks to nmz. People have less patience the second time around, and nmz has at least stopped some people from quitting within the 1st month of starting over here. Be happy its had more good than bad consequences at this point, other than your petty honor and sense of achievement.
