People who cater to the super rich; What things have you seen?

I've been very fortunate with the wealthy people I've known. All of them have taken very active part in their communities.

One guy is in his eighties and still works 60 hours a week at his law firm in a rural community. He told me: "Most law firms charge, but I give free consultations. I keep the office open on Saturdays so that they don't have to take time off work to come in for a consultation. As a result, I have more business than I have time anymore."

The man has pancreatic cancer and is probably going to die in the next couple years. He started a paralegal program (think nurses, but for lawyers), has a building named after him, and financed over half the cost of another at the local community college. I honestly don't know how the community is going to cope when he's gone.
