People who didn’t wash their hands every time after using the bathroom before Covid-19, why didn’t you?

I do wash my hands after using the bathroom and have since before Covid-19.

But, I also have a skin condition where I am contact allergic to a TON of stuff and washing my hands using soap with anything that I'm allergic to in it leaves them cracked and bleeding and is extremely painful.

It's something I put up with because it's about keeping other people from getting sick too, but every time I make the choice whether to wash my hands it's a question of whether the amount it's going to hurt is worth the risk that if I don't I'm going to be spreading germs. So, after using the bathroom or sneezing or whatever, yes. But after coming home from being around town or touching things other folks have touched, probably not.

Staying home for two weeks and just using my own products is the happiest and healthiest my skin has been in years.
