PER Season

A question regarding PDRs for you if you're willing to answer; you seem well versed. My PDRs have been excellent up until now; however my most recent one is needless to say less so. My good points are excellent; not your typical is "a good team member" but the points emphasize my academic accomplishment as well as my volunteer work. On my most recent PDR I have an equal number of good points and points for improvement. The points for improvement include but are not limited to, not taking out the garbage, not closing toolboards, not shovelling the doorway, reading publications to ensure vehicles are up to regulation, ensuring fire extinguishers are inspected properly, and a few other points extremely comparable to the ones listed. I've always been the good obedient hardworking soldier; although this has rubbed me a very wrong way. I am currently in the process of OTing as well as receiving an advanced promotion to Corporal and I am concerned that this negative PDR will have an impact on my current goals. I have spent the past several years pursuing a university degree, volunteering both in the military community and civilian community, attaining a French language profile, volunteering for every deployment that arose , and I could go on, and on. I am not some lazy bitch complaining that life isn't fair. I have spent hundreds of hours bettering myself these past few years and I will not let a 15 year master jack ruin me. What can I do?
