I get what your saying. You personally consider the person to first throw hands to be the aggressor/escalator of the fight. Personally i feel that burden lies on the person who incited regardless of if it was verbal or physical. You shouldnt punch people. You should also not run on at the mouth to people. Both will can and sometimes will end in a fight. Both parties are responsible and neither should get a pass. My main arguement is against giving this "old man" a pass simply because he was the one who got hit. Doesnt work that way for me. Since we do not know what was said its currently Conor who seems 100% at fault. He probably is. However the 47 year old might be just as culpable for inciting.
