I can't see Taylor as Belle because she's (self-admittedly) too much of a people pleaser, while Belle could not have given less of a fuck about what the people in her ~poor provincial town~ thought of her. I can maybe see Cinderella because they both have that classic, blonde-eyed beauty, do tend to be people pleasers, and are both romantic dreamers with a lot more savvy and initiative than people initially give them credit for. Obviously, Taylor isn't exactly rags-to-riches, but I do think she and Cinderella have some key underlying similarities.

Belle is a tough one, but I could maybe see Selena Gomez; someone who is sweet, smart, and loyal, with a propensity toward Stockholm Syndrome (Bieber for that many years). Like Belle, she's tougher than she appears, but also a lot of vulnerability.

I actually think Miley could be Ariel. They're both intensely playful and prone to taking risks, what with Ariel's entire story arc of leaving her familiar seas for uncharted lands and Miley's transition from Hannah Montana to BANGERZ. They're both also not afraid to just rebel against what society expects of them, as Ariel defies her father to trade her voice and Miley sheds her Disney image in favour of something much more controversial.

Snow White and Sleeping Beauty are hard to do because both just... don't really have very sharply defined personalities, lol. That being said, I could see Lana really buying into the ethos of Sleeping Beauty - the gothic drama of having been cursed by Maleficent since birth and pricking her finger and being awoken by true love's kiss. I don't think Lana = Sleeping Beauty the character, but I do think there are parallels with her and Sleeping Beauty the story, if that makes any sense. Snow White, OTOH, I truly just don't know.

Someone else picked Gaga for Elsa and I totally concur with that assessment. As for Anna, maybe Kelly Clarkson? They've both got very cheerful, down-to-earth personalities and seem to make friends easily.
