Do you have some sort of existing condition that would make covid a bad time for you?

Because I honestly think there is a good chunk of people who should get therapy to help deal with some of this stuff. It's not normal to still be this afraid after you've been vaccinated and boosted.

Also if you mostly just follow subs like this and doom scroll it can make things seem worse than they are.

I've basically just lived a normal life for the past year+. I follow whatever rules are in place and always have a mask in my back pocket in case a business requires it. A lot of people here are way too doom and gloom about the entire thing and I really do think a reason for that is the pandemic really broke a lot of people.
